Ralph has been in the public accounting and financial planning business since 1985 and is both a CPA and (CFP®).

Ralph has extensive experience in assisting start-up companies, serving as an on-call CFO for several of his business clients.  He has previously provided venture capital financing to enhance start-up success. He is an investor/partner in many real estate properties and has a deep understanding of economics and its effect on business. Ralph’s areas of expertise are Advanced Tax and Financial Planning for closely held businesses and affluent individual clients, retirement, trust and estate planning, and business advisory.  Ralph is a member in Good Standing of the Colorado Society of CPAs (COCPA), and the American Institute of CPA’s (AICPA). In the past, he has served on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations in Northern Colorado and on the Colorado State University Accounting Department advisory board.

He has hiked all 54 Colorado 14ers and enjoys playing golf with friends and colleagues and walking the fur babies.

Lisa has been working in the public accounting industry since 2007 and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Colorado. She graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Lisa has worked with a variety of individual and business clients, and enjoys helping clients understand their financial positions, how it impacts their businesses and personal finances, and provides advice to help save them money or advance towards their goals. She is a member in Good Standing of the American Institute of CPA’s (AICPA), the Colorado Society of CPA’s (COCPA), and American Mensa.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys reading, crafts, gardening, and working on her small ranch.

IvyRose is working towards her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. She graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science and Master’s Degree in accounting.

IvyRose has worked on individual and business returns. She is a member in Good Standing of the American Institute of CPA’s (AICPA) and the Colorado Society of CPA’s (COCPA).

IvyRose enjoys reading, crafts, and spending time with her family in her spare time.

Sam has been working in the public accounting industry since 2009. She earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting from China, Master’s of Finance from University of Wyoming and a Master’s of Economics from Kent State University. She also has a professional background in statistics, banking, and actuarial science.

Sam is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Colorado. Her areas of expertise include payroll and sales tax reporting, compilations, QuickBooks support and training, and preparation of monthly and quarterly analysis.

Sam was born and raised in China. She is fluent in Chinese. In her spare time, she enjoys piano, novels and spending time with her two golden-doodles.
